Our Session at the Conference
Please join us for a discussion on what this enquiry means for us individually, and then explore:
'What happens when we take that question beyond the individual?'
We are facilitating a three-hour experiential session exploring what becomes possible between people.
In this session we invite you into the heart of our Between-Us work.
Between-Us is a way of being together that allows intelligence, coherence, insight and transformation to arise between people, rather than remaining contained within separate individuals.
Under the right conditions, something begins to emerge between people that no one person could create alone. As our familiar ideas about ourselves loosen, another kind of intelligence becomes available through the relationship between us. We begin to see, sense and understand things that none of us could have reached on our own.
This is a chance to experience directly what can happen when people meet with openness, honesty and a real willingness to discover what is possible beyond the usual limits of the individual.
And the implications reach far beyond the experience itself. If forms of intelligence, coherence and wisdom can emerge between us that are unavailable to any one of us alone, what might that mean for how we work together, how we solve problems, how we make decisions and how we create the culture we live in? Could this offer another way of meeting the fragmentation, isolation and division that shape so much of our world?
Maybe the question isn't only: “Who am I?”
Maybe it's also: “Who are we, and what becomes possible when we discover what we can be together?”
