Poems revealed in the silence

Refractions

There is a basic existential fear
around the idea of surrender,
as if one is being taken over
by something other than oneself.
The fear of the droplet of water
losing itself in the ocean.

It is another metaphor
that misleads.
The droplet
is always
just the ocean.
Only the ocean is real.

So, acting from the source
is not other than who I am,
it is the truest part of I Am.
It comes with a sense of:

    Authenticity
    Integrity
    Honesty
    Alignment
    Confidence but not arrogance
    Rightness but not righteousness
    Appropriateness
    Clarity
    Flow
    Zero resistance
    Inner peace and resolution
    Even joy
    Knowing without knowing anything
    Alive
    Responsive and responsible
