Refractions
The realisation of awareness
as ground of being
is also the realisation of
effortlessness and choicelessness—
the simple Isness of Being,
an already ever-present
flowing experience.
Once effortlessness
establishes itself as
presence,
then the arising of effort
to accomplish anything
is experienced within
the container of effortlessness.
It is secondary.
Once this is seen clearly,
unequivocally,
making effort becomes effortless,
life becomes flow—
unfolding,
flowering—
and ease of being
encompasses
all angst, distress,
and torment
as woven into
the fullness of being.
